БІОІМПЕДАНСНИЙ МОНІТОРИНГ ОЗДОРОВЧОГО ЕФЕКТУ ТРЕНУВАЛЬНИХ НАВАНТАЖЕНЬ

Анотація


Метою дослідження було вивчення впливу непрофесійних занять спортом на особливості складу тіла та фізичного розвитку студентів.
Методи. У дослідженні взяли участь 80 студентів чоловічої статі, було сформовано три групи. Перша складалася з 43 студентів, що не тренуються або регулярно не виконують фізичних навантажень; друга – з  20 студентів, що займаються спортом непрофесійно; третя – з  17 кваліфікованих легкоатлетів- бігунів на 400–900 м. Визначали вагу тіла (Omron BF-511), зріст (штанговий антропометр), індекс маси тіла (ІМТ), відсоток жиру та скелетних м’язів, основний обмін та рівень вісцерального жиру досліджуваних.
