ФІЗИЧНЕ ВИХОВАННЯ В КОНТЕКСТІ ПІДГОТОВКИ НАСЕЛЕННЯ ДО НАДЗВИЧАЙНИХ СИТУАЦІЙ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація


Зростання кількості та складності надзвичайних ситуацій в умовах воєнного стану в Україні вимагає комплексної підготовки громадян. Чинна система цивільного захисту має переважно інформаційно-інструктивний характер, що не забезпечує належної психофізіологічної готовності та стресостійкості індивіда в момент реальної кризи. Науково обґрунтовано роль, місце та потенціал фізичного виховання як базового системоутворювального компонента підготовки населення до дій у надзвичайних ситуацій. Проаналізовано чотири ключові моделі підготовки населення, що існують в Україні, включаючи нормативно-методичний базис вищої освіти, академічні програми прикладної фізичної підготовки, практичні тренінги недержавних інституцій та волонтерські формати національного спротиву. Доведено, що традиційна модель підготовки вичерпала себе, і зафіксовано об'єктивний перехід до компетентнісного (кризового) підходу.
