УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ АКРОБАТИЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ УЧНІВ ХОРЕОГРАФІЧНИХ КОЛЕКТИВІВ СУЧАСНОГО ТАНЦЮ

Анотація


Арсенал акробатичних елементів, які використовують у своїй діяльності танцівники, досить великий і наближений до переліку вправ, що виконують у спортивній гімнастиці й акробатиці. Проблема полягає у відсутності структурованої програми навчання вправ акробатики в танцювальних колективах. Мета – р озробити програму вдосконалення акробатичної підготовки дітей середнього шкільного віку, які займаються в колективах сучасного танцю. На основі теоретичного аналізу й узагальнення даних наукової та методичної літератури й мережі «Інтернет», аналізу документальних і відеоматеріалів танцювальних конкурсів, опитування фахівців і педагогічних спостережень було розроблено програму акробатичної підготовки для танцівників середнього шкільного віку, які займаються сучасними танцями. Програма містила мету, завдання, засоби й методи підготовки, які треба використовувати під час занять у колективах сучасного танцю, не змінюючи їхню загальну структуру. У результаті використання розробленої програми були отримані дані, що дають змогу застосовувати програму в колективах сучасного танцю для поліпшення якості підготовки й збагачення танцювальних композицій завдяки впровадженню елементів акробатики. У танцівників ЕГ достовірно підвищилися показники виконання базових вправ акробатики в середньому на 18,6 %, а також суттєво знизилася їх варіативність у групі до 37 %; у КГ –  відповідно, на 10,8 %, водночас варіативність зросла до 64,3 %. Отримані дані свідчать про можливість танцівників ЕГ синхронно виконувати елементи акробатики в композиції, демонструвати однакові результати.
