ІНСТРУМЕНТАЛЬНІ ЗАСОБИ КОНТРОЛЮ ТЕХНІЧНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ СПОРТСМЕНІВ-СТРІЛЬЦІВ

Анотація


Розроблення інструментарію для поглибленого аналізу механізмів формування стрілецької майстерності є науково важливим та актуальними, особливо з точки зору удосконалення техніки спортсменів. Мета дослідження — розроблення системи контролю біокінематичних параметрів рухових дій спортсменів, що спеціалізуються в стрільбі на круглому стенді. Для з'ясування ставлення тренерів до впровадження в тренувальний процес технологічних засобів проведено опитування 10 осіб. Аналіз досліджень показує, що сучасні підходи до тренування передбачають використання біокінематичних моделей, сенсорних систем і моделювання рухів, що дає змогу об'єктивно контролювати техніку пострілу, оцінювати кінематичні параметри й підвищувати ефективність навчально-тренувального процесу[cite: 15].
